The rejuvenation of 359 Kent Street is a dramatic example of how outdated downtown offices can be repurposed and transformed into outstanding Class-A workspace. To achieve this result, Lundy significantly renovated the 46,000ft² building, upgrading the infrastructure while refurbishing common areas and individual floors over a series of carefully orchestrated phases.
The reconfiguration of the entrance provides an entirely upgraded experience for building occupants and visitors. This work included the installation of a 2nd level balcony overlooking the entrance lobby, wood paneling, stainless steel / patterned glass railings, a new backlit feature wall, and decorative stainless steel mesh. Within the rentable office areas, ceiling heights were raised and new HVAC, plumbing and electrical distribution systems installed. Custom millwork, wood paneling, ceramic frit glass features are some of the additional enhancements that redefine this landmark building.
