The fit-up project at 350 Albert Street involved every conceivable element of an office transformation: A spacious boardroom, numerous offices, kitchen area, meeting rooms, reception, and collaborative work areas.
The Lundy team collaborated once again with 4te Interior Design to deliver the project. This decades old, highly successfully working relationship once again proving that a positive, cooperative spirit between designers and builders can drive phenomenal results on the construction site.
The extensive use of custom millwork and demountable partitions provided by Falkbuilt Inc. highlighted the capabilities of their modular technology and innovative approach to meeting the needs of aggressively scheduled projects. Despite the inherent challenges associated with custom components, the project experienced minimal disruptions, and the project was completed on schedule.
