MP Lundy Construction has successfully completed the interior fit up for N-Able technologies, located at 450 March Rd. Designed by Interior Architects, the project included the modernization and fitup of 8,000 sqft of office space over 2 floors, including a new library, reception area, breakrooms, boardrooms, and dedicated meeting spaces.
N-Able’s primary goal of the project was to create a highly functional, attractive space that promotes collaboration and innovation, in keeping with their corporate commitment to operational excellence.
One unique challenge with this project was the long lead material delivery dates with the specified items due to the client’s initial requirement for US sourced equipment. The Lundy team presented time saving solutions by sourcing equivalent materials and equipment available through Canadian supply channels.
Throughout construction, the Lundy team worked closely with N-able representatives to protect the operation of their continent-wide IT / Server, located in the heart of the renovated area. In this effort, our site team paid strict attention to dust, vibration, and security requirements. In doing so, the Lundy team ensured that no server interruptions occurred.
With attention to detail, we created a modern space highlighted with custom millwork, lighting, and high-end finishes, which included Italian floor/wall tiles, and Japanese wallpaper. Even with the extended production and shipping timelines of these custom, high-end finishes, Lundy managed to ensure on-schedule project completion through the utilization of visual planning, precise scope sequencing, and trade coordination.
