This 32,000ft² retail plaza consists of two single-storey buildings designed to accomodate a total of 15 tenants. Lundy was brought onto the project as Construction Manager during the design and planning phase, converting the agreed upon budget to a lump sum contract at the outset of construction. The overall site was not yet developed and required all-new servicing from the surrounding residential arteries. The project also included a 168 space park and ride.
Managing construction operations within a busy residential zone, Lundy coordinated street cleaning services and appropriate sign posting to maintain health and safety for all persons on and around the site during construction. All work was planned and executed with the goal of causing minimum disruption to transportation routes in the area.
